Protect Black Women Part 3: Yes We Are Still Here

I know you might have thought it was going to be easy to get rid of us but it won’t. The fact that Breonna Taylor’s killers are still free is disgusting, yet it doesn’t seem to bother enough of us. Now, I completely understand that with the everyday headlines we encounter there are factors we are dealing with on a personal level too and that is understandable. By no means is the movement of Black Lives Matter or Protect Black Women (both created by black women) supposed to stop you from living your life. It is to enhance your awareness of the life you do in fact live.

Why are black lives dying at hands of police brutality at an alarming rate?

Why are Black Women 5x more likely to die at hands of a white doctor when giving child birth?

Why are black people subjected to stereotypes and certain treatment because of the color of their skin?

There is no reason why a black women anywhere should be 5 times more likely to die giving birth than a white woman. Basically that speaks to the underlying agenda and purposeful negligence the elites have to diminish our race. I wish this was all a hoax, but unfortunately in real life it happens so much more often then it should. This issue is continuously buried just like the trafficking, murders, and rapes that the world keeps quiet about.

In addition to issues simply being acknowledged, because we fight the battle of not only racial discrimination but gender as well, there is a stain placed on our existence. A stain that exemplifies resistance in it’s purest form. As you walk into your week today, no matter who you are or what you look like, but specifically for Black Women remember that you are valuable and that it simultaneously makes you the main target for the elites. Trust yourself as a Black Woman. Listen to yourself as a Black Woman. Love yourself as a Black Woman. Forgive yourself as a Black Woman, and credit & applaud yourself as a Black Woman too. If you do not, out of all the other races on this planet you will be left out to rot. Too many people, even some of our own, leave us fully wounded for the vultures without a second thought.

Justice for all the fallen thus far and the ones to come.
